2025 Purple Box Project

October is the National Awareness month for Domestic Violence. Throughout the month of October, Future Seed will be hosting donation drives, collecting essential baby items for newborns to age 3, and helping new and expectant mothers/survivors support their children. 

Please join us! We need your help!

You can help by:

1. Donating essential baby items at area hosted sites.

2. Hosting a donation drive with family, friends, at your business, organization, church,

etc…

3. Make a financial contribution and/or Matching Gifts.

Your gifts, both large and small, enable us to achieve our mission of helping those affected by domestic violence! All donations go to local families actively trying to rebuild their

lives and give their babies a healthy start, free from violence. To make a financial contribution,

The drive details are listed below:

• Begins: October 1st

• Ends: October 28th

• For: Newborns to 3 years of age. We are also accepting new and gently used items to support the mothers, older children, and personal hygiene items for all.

• PURPLE THURSDAY IS OCTOBER 16th! We are asking everyone to rock purple (hair, clothing, lights, etc) and show and tell others why this day is important. When you share on social media, please tag us @FutureSeedLa and use the hashtag #LAGOESPURPLE
